Normal: Ileana (Illy) generally likes to wear simple black and silver clothing and is often seen wearing dark jeans with silver accents along with a silver camisole and a black sweater. She is never seen without a necklace with a heart-shaped cage holding a pearl as a pendant.
Formal: When forced into particularly schnazzy formal situations, Illy keeps her necklace and wears a floor-length, strapless black dress with a sweetheart cut and a slit opening onto silver lining. If she HAS to, she'll wear a witch's hat in order to show off her rank, but she'd rather not, as they itch.
Appearance; Illy is fairly tall and thin for her age. She never wears her hair up if she doesn't have to and has a freckle on the left side of her chest, but, strangely enough, no scars.
Personality; Illy loves to have fun and makes jokes whenever she can, but she does have a serious side and usually knows when to show it off. She sings constantly and hates being judged for her age. When not pulling pranks, "chillin' with her homies," or playing Truth or Dare, Illy is often seen with her nose stuck in a book, either reading or writing it.

History;
Ileana hadn't been alive when Yochi Nouvel changed for good, but her parents had. From about the second she was born one snowy Wednesday in March, Mariana and Joseph never ceased to remind Illy of how Yochi Nouvel had been: Peaceful. Thus, Ileana has been instilled with a sense of distaste for the one they call Fate and an even stronger sense of annoyance towards her parents.
Ileana's life was considerably uneventful (magic and whatnot aside) until the day Mariana announced that she was going to have a baby. Illy waited impatiently through nine months as her mother's belly grew larger and larger, waited for the new baby to come along and be the friend Illy never had.
Of course, when little Susan came into the world, she stole much attention from five-year-old Ileana, who grew increasingly jealous. She began to wish her sister had never existed at all.
Two years later, the night was moonless and the woods silent. So was Susan, a strange occurrence when the child had become nearly as talkative as Ileana herself. But Mariana laid the toddler down in her bed before she and the rest of the household retired themselves.
The next day, Ileana entered Susan's room to glare at her (it was a morning ritual) but stopped in her tracks when she found the bright pink crib covered in blood. Susan, who had, it seemed, sensed what was to come, had been murdered in the night. Joseph immediately blamed the werewolves.
At Susan's funeral, Ileana stared down at the infant's face and was filled with grief. But a year later the outward sadness was lifted from her, to be replaced with an optimistic outlook on life and Ileana's usually bubbly personality. She was also burdened with what some called a gift and what she saw as a curse. Ileana became an empath and was given the power to feel what others felt. The mourning for her sister never went away inside her real self, but it was deepened to an almost unbearable degree when Ileana was around her parents. Feeling so much hurt.
Seven years after Susan's death, Ileana is more average than not, completely immersed in her music and never without some friend by her side.
Powers; Magic (dude, she's a witch), transmutation (the ability to change appearance to resemble other objects/animals), empathy.

Pets; One lovely black kitten by the name of Phoebe, who has uncanny similarities to Ileana herself.
